Description en-US:  The DCMI Competency Index for Linked Data (CILD) provides a set of topically cluster competency and benchmark assertions for knowledge, skills, and abilities for both those working with, and learning about, Linked Data design and application. Designed using RDF, the CILD represents each assertion of knowledge, skill, and ability as a resource identified by URI and, therefore, useful as Linked Data. The CILD was developed through funding by the U.S. Institute for Museum and Library Services (IMLS) -- https://www.imls.gov/.
