This program of studies is intended for students who began their study of Chinese language and culture in Grade 4. It constitutes the last three years of the articulated Chinese Language and Culture Nine-year (9Y) Program (Grade 4 to Grade 12). In today’s world, knowledge of a second language and culture in general, and Chinese in particular, is an economic advantage, providing language and cultural skills that enable individuals to communicate and interact effectively in the global society.
